I talked about Drew Torrance last week, and this week we're checking out Mike Sottile. Around the New England area, Mike Sottile is definitely a name you should be familiar with and if you're not, you've got to get with it. He rips. We're looking at a video that supports this 100%. If it weren't freezing cold out right now and the track was open, I'd shoot a brand new video for you guys. But instead, we're sitting under a foot deep of snow. With that being said, overlook the fact that this video is from 2007. It was shot a few years ago, yes, but this video never gets old. I've known Mike back from when we were riding 50s and he's always been a fast rider. Shooting this video was sweet, watching him absolutely kill it on the 125 was cool. Mike has a ton of natural talent and was hitting things totally different than any one else I've seen out there at the pit, while being wide open. People have told me I ruined this video with the song, which must be true. Why else wouldn't it have blown up to have twice as many views as it does. What ever, he's got a 125 again and I'm sure we'll be doing an updated video. Maybe I'll skip out on the rap music, who knows. But either way, enjoy this one for now, and anticipate a new one this summer.
