You hear about Southern California as being the heart of motocross. You hear it's where all the test tracks are and stuff like that, but you really have no idea. I didn't suspect to see bikes in every opened garage or in the back of every truck. Driving to get an In-An-Out burger, we passed Kyle Chisolm out for a run. Headed back, we were driving behind Moss. It's no big deal to see these "big names" you've all heard and read about. So I guess it shouldn't have been a surprise to end up at Nate Adam's house for a day to shoot this Deft Family video with Ryan Walters. The entire crew there was super cool and it was definitely a nice change in pace. We'd been visiting test track after test track where you can be smothered in seriousness, so it was definitely cool to get out here where it was all about hanging out and having fun. We had all day to shoot this video and spent all day doing it. Absolutely no need to rush it. Some of us were hanging out with our cameras, some were hanging out going big, and some were just hanging out to hang out. Definitely a good time seeing these guys do their thing, and that's why I've already watched this vid about 20 times.
